On weekdays between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm you can chat with a Microsoft Expert Trainer via the online chat feature.
1:1 Consultations
Schedule 20-minute live sessions with a Microsoft Expert Trainer to solve problems or get trained in Microsoft tools for business.
Training Content
Access video-based training content including product updates and how best to use Microsoft solutions in business.

How do I access On-Demand?
Acer On-Demand is available to UK businesses purchasing qualifying Acer devices.
You can claim a free one-year single-user license for every Acer Windows device purchased.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email detailing how to set up your account within 2 working days. This time is required to validate proof of purchase.
Sign In
Follow the instructions, sign in to your account, and enjoy unlimited support for 12 months.

Terms and Conditions
- Acer On-Demand is a chargeable subscription-based service. It is not automatically renewed. At the end of your 1-year period, you will receive a notification via email or your Acer reseller to see if you wish to renew your access to the service.
- If you purchased qualifying devices from a recognised Acer reseller between 1st August 2022 and 30th December 2023 you can claim a free 1-year user licence for each device purchased (need to add pdf or link for a list of devices)
- Additional licenses can be purchased via your Acer reseller or by enquiring via acerpromotion@tablet.academy
- Acer On-Demand is only available to UK businesses registered with Companies House.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., copy of purchase invoice) is required to claim any free licenses.
